The florist did a beautiful job on my daughter’s arrangement for her b-day! A local florist is so much better than the “national delivery” services. A nice person touch and they delivered in the morning so she got her day back. Thank you for a great job!

The lady I placed my order with was pleasant and very kind. My dear friend was turning 95 and I wanted something special for her. She sent me a photo of the flowers once they arrived and my friend was thrilled and the flowers were gorgeous!! Thank you for making her day memorable!

The flowers were beautiful. However the experience was unpleasant. I received an email the day before they were supposed to be delivered. They weren’t delivered that day after I called you and asked it took you 15 minutes to find where the flowers were and you didn’t know what I was trying to tell you. Almost like you didn’t know how your system worked making me feel dumb. Then the day of the original delivery my mom didn’t receive her flowers until 6:00-6:30 in the evening. And was never told by your company that they were delivered on the proper day.

Dear Madison, we a sorry for your unpleasent experience . I happen to be the one who tried to delver that arrangment and candy, very early that morning I was having trouble finding the address and left a message for her to call .We had several people delivering that day and it was a miss communication on our part .I apologize for the trouble this has caused you and in no way was trying to make you feel bad .
